Toddler pudding breakthrough!

Wouldn't it be nice if we, as grown ups, had pudding with all our meals like toddlers do. Well most toddlers do. My poor little one rarely gets anything other than grapes or blueberries for pudding as I seriously lack imagination when it comes to dessert! So this little post isn't aimed at those of you who are ace bakers or pudding makers. This is aimed at us mere mortals to whom the pudding gene passed by.
It's not really a recipe as such. There is no cooking involved. And there are only 3 ingredients that will make enough for 4 puddings (depending on your little one's appetite).
Makes 4 toddler desserts
Takes 10 minutes
400g Greek Yoghurt (if you're child is dairy free use whichever yoghurt you usually use)
3 Ripe bananas
2 tsp honey (only if your child is over 1 year old)
- Peel and mash up the bananas on a board with a fork
- Tip them into a bowl. Add the yoghurt and honey
- Stir thoroughly with a spoon or use your electric whisks
- Divide the mixture evenly into pots and place in the fridge until you need them
These will last 3 or 4 days in the fridge - my toddler has eaten 2 already since I made them yesterday afternoon!
